Client Intake Agreement:

~I understand that Reiki is given for the purpose of stress reduction & relaxation, that Reiki session isn’t a substitute for medical/psychological diagnosis & treatment. We do not diagnose conditions, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or health care professional for any physical/ psychological ailment I have.
~I also understand and believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple treatments to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance. I understand and believe that self-improvement requires commitment on my part, and that I must be willing to change in a positive way if I am to receive the full benefit of a Reiki treatment.
~I understand that Human Design readings are informational sessions and not healing ones. I understand that the integration of this chart reading in my life is up to me.
~If cancelling or moving an appointment, I understand I need to give 24 hours notice in order to receive a credit or refund.
~By signing up for a service I am also signing up for the mailing list and can unsubscribe at any time.
~For The Artists Way Guided Group, I understand that if I've enrolled and need to drop from a group, I need to inform 4 days before the listed start date to refund my deposit. If I need to delay to a next group after that time, my deposit can be kept on file. I understand that once a spot is taken in a course that's begun, there are no refunds for that current month, but I will not be charged for the rest of the course. I understand Silent Seats will get videos of groups privately and will not share them, per an NDA.
~For Artists Way Silent Seats, I understand an NDA must be signed and no videos or information shared in groups may be kept, passed on or shared. I agree to all NDA terms sent to me.
~For HIVEMIND, I understand that this is a three month commitment to the course and payments are due on the 1st of each month. Withdrawing at least 2 weeks before start date can be issued a refund. All other payments that are done may be kept as credit on file as long as cancelling before start date.
